Our purpose of this PAC is to advance community housing by promoting
good law and government policy to the benefit of both housing providers and tenants.

The Iowa Landlord Association has for over 25 years, worked with housing providers across the state of Iowa. This includes property owners, property management firms, their support staff, vendors to the above and the tenants affiliated with these housing providers. Consequently we represent over 22,000 living units across the state of Iowa and we are growing! Demographically that comes out to about 44,000 votes that can make a difference (figuring two voting adults per living unit). |

The affects of city, county, state, and federal government affects ALL of our constituents mentioned above. With the decline of economies, the effects of worldwide and other various issues, we have observed that many in government seem to be serving themselves and not those for whom they were elected or employed to serve. Please don't misunderstand - there are many in government that are doing a great job and we support that! However there are an ever increasing amount of "rotten apples" that are spoiling the crop.
Our constituents both VOTE and SUPPORT FINANCIALLY good government that abates these anomalies.
